Annual Freedom Lecture to be delivered by Mr. Rasto Kuzel, Executive Director of Memo98, who will discuss the importance of free and fair elections for democracy in the aftermath of the recent elections in Slovakia and Poland and ahead of the US elections in 2024.

AFoCR welcomes the Czech President Petr Pavel during his first official visit to the United States.
AFOCR directors will have an opportunity to meet President Pavel and other Czech dignitaries during the gala organized at the Bohemian National Hall.
Remembering Lewis “Jack” Marion White
Jack White, a former member of the AFOCR’s board of directors, passed away on July 26, 2023. He was almost 102 years old.
He played an instrumental role in rebuilding the Woodrow Wilson statue in Prague and the installation of a statue of the first Czech president Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk in Washington D.C.
Czech Philharmonic and AFoCR Sign an Agreement on Cooperation
